Duke Developing Pembroke Corp. Center
Spec Office Bldg. Adding 120,000 SF to Southwest Broward County
Duke Realty Corp. is developing Pembroke Corporate Center, a 120,000-square-foot speculative office building in southwest Broward County. The company is due to began construction in April of this year.
The four-story building is due to begin construction in April near I-75 in Pembroke Pines, FL. The property site is adjacent to the Shops at Pembroke Gardens.
Duke Realty Corp. owns, manages or has under development more than 142 million rentable square feet in 22 U.S. cities. The firm recently acquired nearly 100 acres in central Palm Beach County for its first southern Florida industrial development, and broke ground on the latest office building in its Sawgrass office park in Sunrise, FL. |
