New Office Bldg. Delivers in Ft. Lauderdale
In-Rel Completes Work on 65,000-SF Courthouse Place
In-Rel Management has completed work on Courthouse Place, a new 65,000-square-foot office building in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
The eight-story building is at 12 SE 7th St., near Federal Highway and Davie Blvd. It features a five-level covered parking garage and an on-site bank branch. The property broke ground in mid-2005.
CB Richard Ellis' Deanna Lobinsky, Travis Herring and Andrew Ackerman are handling leasing for In-Rel Management. "We are very pleased with the strong level of activity we are experiencing at this property," Lobinsky said in a statement, adding that CBRE expects to begin announcing tenants soon. |
