Florida Land Fund III Buys Windsor Commerce Center
Jupiter Flex Bldg. Sells for $16.5 Million


Florida Land Fund III LLC of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, purchased the Windsor Commerce Center at 1440 W. Indiantown Road in Jupiter, FL, for $16.54 million, or $105 per square foot. Windsor Village Inc. sold the property at a cap rate of 6.6%.

The Windsor Commerce Center is a 157,000-square-foot flex building in the Pennock Industrial Park. It was constructed in 1968 and sits on approximately 13.4 acres. Scripps Florida, one of the largest biotech companies in the state, is the property's anchor tenant.

Bill Kohlepp and Tal Frydman in the Fort Lauderdale office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. No broker was mentioned for the buyer.
