Tenants Sell Coral Medical Center in Sale-Leaseback
Rombouts Realty Pays $2.9M for Medical Office Bldg. in Coral Springs
DHK Associates sold the Coral Medical Center, located at 3080 NW 99th Ave. Coral Springs, FL, to Rombouts Realty Corp. in sale-leaseback transaction for $2.9 million, or about $167 per square foot.
DHK Associates is group of three general medicine practitioners specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. The firm will continue to occupy the 17,400-square-foot building as full-building tenant.
Adam Von Romer and Elizabeth Taschereau of Investment Real Estate Associates represented the seller.
