Office Bldg. in South Dade Sells for $15M
A&E Partners LPI Picks Up Net-Leased Investment in Miami
A&E Partners LPI has acquired the office building at 19500 S. Dixie Highway in South Dade from Parker Real Estate Partners III LLLP for $15 million, or about $150 per square foot.
The 101,266-square-foot building is net-leased to a single tenant. It was constructed in 1993 and sits on more than 10 acres.
